It is a brand new look, a whole new menu and a redesigned kitchen that will produce food faster and with better quality. We had a private party last week and have been practicing day and night ever since. Stop on by and take a peek if you want. Adam Eskin, CEO   THE PUMP, 40th & Madison, NYC (OPENS WEDNESDAY JULY 2ND)  After a total remodel of our kitchen, we've installed a much more efficient cooking process so that we can serve our food faster and fresher. We had to hold back deliveries for a week as we streamlined the process, but now we've been ramping up our volume and now we're able to produce more food in less time. To the great surprise of our patient customers used to waiting 20, even 30 minutes on the old kitchen, we're now able to serve food in an avergage of 3 to 5 minutes. With that speed, there is no longer a need to call ahead. Most everyone just walks in, orders and voila, their order is ready. Come in and check it out!
